I want to share a personal win, because I’m really excited about this.
My name is Mathieu, and I’m a sugarholic. Most of us are. There are tons of stories out there of our overconsumption of sugar, the addiction that we have to sugar, including this particular article that postulates that sugar can be more addictive than cocaine!
That being said, my friend Shannon Courtney and I decided : a better relationship is possible!
We both chose a lifestyle and a relationship with sugar that is more balanced, healthier and that is overall preferable. We wanted to make a treat… well… a treat!
